Job Summary

We are seeking an expert sourcing professional to join our team as a Sourcing and Research Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging industry experts for research projects.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. As a RA, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding experts for various research projects.

  • Project Understanding: Collaborate with project managers to comprehend project objectives, required expertise, and desired profiles for each engagement.
  • Expert Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks, databases) to identify and reach out to potential experts across industries.
  • Expert Screening: Conduct preliminary screening to assess suitability based on the project requirements and ensure experts have the relevant experience and insights.
  • Engagement and Onboarding: Effectively communicate project details to potential experts, answer questions, and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with experts, ensuring positive engagement and long-term collaboration opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They should also be tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM tools and database management systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and build relationships with high-level professionals.
  • Project Management abilities to manage multiple projects and experts concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate records and manage timelines effectively.
