About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team, responsible for a variety of critical supply chain and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will develop demand forecasting models using Excel to predict inventory needs accurately. They will manage Amazon logistics, including navigating and administering logistics operations and handling replenishments across various Amazon inventory types. A deep understanding of different Amazon fees and the Amazon Inventory Performance Index is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting: Create accurate demand forecasts using Excel-based models to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Amazon Logistics: Manage Amazon logistics, including navigation, administration, and replenishment of various Amazon inventory types.
  • Logistics Navigation and Administration: Navigate and administer logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of supply chain processes.
  • Amazon Replenishments: Handle replenishments across various Amazon inventory types, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Understanding of Amazon Fees: Develop a deep understanding of different Amazon fees and their impact on business operations.
  • Amazon Inventory Performance Index: Monitor and analyze the Amazon Inventory Performance Index to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Seller Central Operations: Manage basic Seller Central operations, including case opening and communication with Seller Central Support.
  • Reimbursement Claims: File Amazon reimbursement claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Business Communication: Proficient in business communication, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excel Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Google Sheets Proficiency: Proficient in Google Sheets, with experience in creating and managing spreadsheets.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and auditing.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Task Management: Skilled in task management, with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Office-Based Job: This is an office-based job in Lahore, requiring a strong presence in the workplace.
  • Laptop/Machine: You must possess your own laptop/machine for this job.
  • Work Timings: Work timings would be from 6 PM - 2 AM (Pakistani Time).
