Job Description:

The Inventory Coordinator position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to oversee the receiving, issuance, storage, and maintenance of accurate stock records within our warehouse management system.

  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory adjustments due to damages or spoilage and coordinate with customers and warehousing functions.
  • Conduct regular internal and external inventory audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant warehousing experience at a logistics company.
  • Intermediate degree preferably in a related field from an institution.
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reconcile inventory with customers.
  2. Review data discrepancies and resolve system vs. floor discrepancies.
  3. Handle customer complaints and maintain logs.
