Job Title: Compliance Assurance Director

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Assurance Director to ensure financial and operational integrity across our hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and ensuring adherence to financial and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular compliance assessments to ensure accurate identification of non-compliance issues.
3. Implement corrective actions to address non-compliance issues and prevent future occurrences.
4. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance efforts are effective and efficiently implemented.
5. Ensure that hospitality operations adhere to our policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
6. Provide strategic recommendations based on compliance assessments to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop the audit team, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation required.
2. At least 8 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
3. Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. Proven experience in risk management, internal control assessment, and process improvement.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence senior management.
