Job Overview:

  • This key role oversees the management of fixed assets, ensuring their accurate and timely recording and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Verification
    • Conduct regular inspections and physical counts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of fixed asset records.
  • Depreciation Methodologies
    • Review and implement appropriate depreciation methodologies and rates in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Capitalization of Assets
    • Supervise and review un-posted documents for timely capitalization of assets.
  • ERP System Management
    • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the proper functioning of the ERP system and accounting modules.
  • Inventory Management
    • Support senior management in monitoring inventory levels and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university.
  • Proven functional team lead experience of at least 4 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Additional Information:

  • This role involves collaboration with internal/external auditors, government authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles and Ethics Policy/Code of Conduct is essential.
