
Solar Energy Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled solar sales engineer to provide technical and commercial solutions to customers interested in installing solar systems for their homes or businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar projects for various customers.
- Design and propose optimal solar systems based on customer needs, budget, and site conditions.
- Present technical and financial proposals, contracts, and agreements to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers while ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to deliver solar projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide after-sales support and services to customers and address any issues or complaints.
- Monitor and report on the performance and status of solar projects and customer feedback.
- Pursue new market opportunities and potential customers for solar products and services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the solar industry and local market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy.
- At least 1 year of experience in solar sales, engineering, or project management.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in solar system design, installation, and operation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
- Fluent in English and Urdu, knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
