Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient care and services.

  • Develop and implement quality procedures, including training sessions for staff.
  • Collaborate with risk and health managers to integrate quality assurance initiatives seamlessly.
  • Collect and analyze quality data through audits, accreditation reviews, incident reports, and staff feedback.
  • Provide education and support on patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical risk management.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our Quality Improvement Plan. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare quality assurance or management. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication/report writing skills are essential.
