As a key member of the medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of the ICU.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medicine, with qualifications such as MBBS or equivalent medical degree, duly recognized and registered with the relevant authorities. They should also have completed training in Anesthesia, preferably through programs like FCPS/MCPS, which are recognized by the relevant professional bodies.Responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
