Ecommerce Strategy Development

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include managing a cross-functional team, developing and implementing a data-driven ecommerce strategy, and optimizing site performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven ecommerce strategy to meet sales targets
  • Ecommerce management: Oversee the entire ecommerce journey, including product development, supply chain management, and post-purchase support
  • Budget management: Establish and track channel KPIs to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Merchandising: Plan and manage the merchandising of products, ensuring optimal inventory levels and growth opportunities
  • Digital marketing: Collaborate with marketing, communications, and social media teams to maintain consistent messaging and oversee performance marketing channels
  • Reporting: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to keep stakeholders informed
Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using analytics tools
  • Proven ability to optimize online presence, manage cross-functional teams, and drive business growth
