ERP Sales & Marketing Lead

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven candidate to cultivate strong client relationships and build brand presence in the IT sector. This role will focus on driving growth through strategic initiatives, lead generation, and solidifying our reputation across industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies that align with growth objectives, ensuring synergy with corporate goals.
  • Using their network and expertise to generate leads, promote services, and create long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Promoting the ERP as a leader through tailored marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to prepare pitches, presentations, business proposals, and engagement letters for key clients.
  • Conducting research to monitor trends and client needs, identifying new opportunities for market leadership.
  • Assisting in negotiating and finalizing proposed fees and charges, ensuring alignment with firm terms and managing the business development process to closure.
  • Enhancing business visibility through networking, industry events, and direct client meetings in key sectors.
  • Supporting the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional events.
  • Providing regular reports on business development activities, tracking progress against KPIs and targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Marketing Strategies: Designing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to promote the ERP as a leader in the IT sector.

Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to capture these opportunities, and managing the business development process to closure.

Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT sector.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven individual with strong research and market analysis skills.
  • Strong lead conversion and reporting skills.
