Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to support our clients.

About the Role:
  • This position involves qualifying inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assessing their suitability for further engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, process discipline, and the ability to qualify and route leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify MQLs and assess their fit for further engagement.
  • Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
  • FOLLOW defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
  • Deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Able to work independently and meet established targets.
