Real Estate Sales Representative

As a skilled Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

Sales Responsibilities:
  1. Promote and market real estate properties to potential clients.
  2. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about each property.
  3. Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  4. Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they must have their own conveyance and be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office.

For experienced candidates, we require a proven track record of success in a similar role, along with strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends. Experience in high net worth high rise projects is highly desirable.
