Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

As an experienced IT administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure. This includes administering network infrastructure, configuring firewalls, and managing Windows Server environments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls and security systems.
  • Manage Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.
  • Ensure system performance, availability, and security across all platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents during shift hours.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to support users and resolve technical issues.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall management, and network security.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications are preferred.
