Outpatient Services Coordinator

As a Senior Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our outpatient services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling office communication through various channels and promptly relaying messages to the supervisor and relevant stakeholders.
- Managing the supervisor's schedule and arranging travel plans, as required.
- Assisting in general administrative tasks, including time & labor administration and arranging logistics for departmental activities.
- Drafting office documents such as memos, letters, presentations, educational materials, and reports.
- Processing purchase requisitions, personnel requisitions, and payment requests.
- Maintaining performance indicators, data reconciliation, and information dashboards.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for meetings and administrative events, and taking meeting minutes.
- Participating in and supporting JCIA and quality-related initiatives.
- Coordinating with support service departments regarding departmental dashboards and reporting.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, and at least two years of relevant experience. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills, and be able to adapt quickly and learn new systems.
