Revenue Development Professional

MicroArts is seeking a seasoned Revenue Development Professional to lead our freelance platform efforts.

This strategic role involves driving revenue and profitability growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones.

Collaboration with the MicroArts team, specifically leveraging graphic designers' expertise, is crucial for supporting business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire sales process, encompassing:

  • Prospecting and follow-up research
  • Establishing multi-level relationships with potential clients
  • Identifying client needs
  • Presenting and managing client relationships throughout the implementation phase

The successful Revenue Development Professional will play a pivotal role in refining solutions for clients and uncovering new markets for the business.

Requirements

A solid foundation in online marketing techniques and mediums is necessary for success in this position.

To excel as a Revenue Development Professional, you will need a demonstrated history of success in business development, particularly with complex and high-value opportunities.

You will develop and present concepts that meet clients' needs.

A background in online marketing/sales, freelancing networks (e.g., Toptal, Gun.io), or business development in a similar industry or technology-based industry would be beneficial.

To achieve successful outcomes, you must possess tenacity, patience, and the ability to nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle to boost conversion rates.
