Main Responsibilities

Key objectives of this role include enhancing market share by achieving targeted secondary SKU-wise volume and optimizing net sales revenue through effective discount management and promotions.

To drive business growth, it is crucial to create new outlets and maintain existing ones based on target and area potential, ensuring an increase in both numeric and weighted distribution.

A critical aspect of this position involves ensuring the accuracy of sales data in relevant systems and conducting regular audits to maintain high-quality information.

The Sales Field Executive must analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make necessary adjustments to routes or frequencies to enhance green KPIs for presellers.

Daily activities include completing planned calls, spending sufficient time in the market, and coaching presellers on the optimal call process.

Daily discussions with presellers will focus on execution scores, highlighting areas for improvement, and ensuring that in-outlet execution aligns with company criteria and marketing initiatives.

Monitoring competitor activity in the assigned area and suggesting counter-strategies is also a vital responsibility.

The proper deployment and utilization of company assets, such as coolers, signage, and activation materials, must be supervised.

Balancing discounts, DME, assets, and activation investments while managing in-outlet expenses effectively are key requirements.

Efficient equipment management, increasing cooler throughput, and reducing nonproductive coolers are also essential goals.

Furthermore, recovering missing or disputed coolers according to company procedures is a significant task.
