- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Preferred), Engineering, or Business.">
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the technology industry.">
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software solutions and technology architectures.">
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.">
- Experience with delivering technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.">
