Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications and games. You will be responsible for driving impactful design decisions that captivate and entertain users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable Design Systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across projects
  • Analyze, define, and optimize user journeys for seamless and intuitive interactions
  • Apply advanced UX knowledge to enhance user engagement, usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
  • Design high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD
  • Conceptualize and implement visually appealing, user-friendly, and innovative UI solutions
  • Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and component-based UI elements structured for seamless developer handoff
  • Manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, demonstrating independent problem-solving skills
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine design solutions
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
  • Expertise in building and maintaining design systems and scalable UI components
  • Strong understanding of user flow optimization and interaction design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard design tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience in conducting user research and implementing data-driven design improvements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles for effective developer handoff
