We are seeking an exceptional Research Analyst

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research on service-based industries
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target industry to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
  • Gather and analyze data from various primary and secondary sources
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with organizational goals
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying market gaps and evaluating partnerships or ventures
  • Maintain and update databases to document research outputs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a research analyst role
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude with the capability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in designing and conducting surveys or other primary research methods
  • Knowledge of specific service industries is a plus
  • Understanding of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
