About the Role

We're seeking a Data Insights Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end user segmentation, transforming complex data into actionable insights that fuel personalization and growth.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to design tailored strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and monetization. They will collaborate in decision-making through clear, impactful storytelling, ensuring data-driven strategies align with business goals and resonate across senior leadership.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive segmentation plans, from data exploration to actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create customized plans for user segments, driving personalized experiences and growth
  • Leverage analytics tools to build and manage Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs) and develop data applications on top of user segments
  • Provide strategic input on personalization initiatives based on segmentation findings
  • Analyze patterns and trends that drive user growth, retention, and monetization, informing data-driven decisions
  • Partner with product and growth teams to accelerate product analytics and growth strategies
  • Communicate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making
  • Develop and present case studies and strategic insights to senior leadership, including the CXO layer
  • Engage stakeholders effectively through compelling data storytelling and impactful visualizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics and data science
  • Proven expertise in growth and product analytics, with a focus on user behavior, retention, and monetization
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
