Junior Financial Analyst

Job Description:
">As an Associate Finance and Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
">You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
">Additionally, you will process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
">Collaboration with auditors during financial audits and ensuring accurate documentation is also a key responsibility.
">You will work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain financial models for business planning.
">Requirements:

A bachelor's/master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or working toward one).
">">0-1 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
">">Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
">">Proficiency with accounting software, especially QuickBooks, is a plus.
">">Strong data entry skills and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
">">Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
">">Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
">">Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
">">Demonstrated capability to handle unexpected challenges and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively and ensure smooth operations.
