The Department of Biochemistry is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to contribute to the Fabrication of paper-based pop-up electrochemical device for the rapid detection of arsenic in drinking water and blood serum project under the Competitive Research Program for Universities.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the research activities, data analysis, and preparation of reports. The position involves working closely with the Principal Investigator and other team members to achieve project goals.
The ideal candidate should have an M.Phil. in Chemistry or Biochemistry with experience in biosensor studies. A strong background in analytical techniques, such as chromatography and spectroscopy, is essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- M.Phil. in Chemistry or Biochemistry
- Experience in biosensor studies
- Strong background in analytical techniques (chromatography, spectroscopy)
Benefits:
This is a one-year contract position with a monthly stipend of PKR 20,000. The successful candidate will also receive training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
