Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Car Field Sales Officer. You will play a pivotal role in growing our vehicle sales platform through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
Overseeing vehicle listings and collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely listing updates.
Engaging with customers via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital channels to discuss assigned car stock.
Visiting sellers' locations to promote cars to potential buyers, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
Streamlining the process of transferring vehicle ownership between sellers and buyers.
Submitting comprehensive daily and weekly reports to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the automotive sector, including current trends and market standards.
- High levels of motivation, persistence, and commitment to achieving sales objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
