Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage all people strategies and initiatives, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring we have the right talent in place to drive growth and success.
  • Talent Sourcing: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, leveraging various channels and tools to ensure a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Employee Experience: Take ownership of creating an exceptional employee experience, focusing on environmental factors that impact job satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Employer Branding: Directly manage and optimize our employer brand across all channels, showcasing our unique value proposition to potential employees.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver world-class learning and development programs, aligning them with business goals and ensuring employees have the necessary skills and competencies to succeed.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and rewarding for top performers.
  • Digital HR Tools: Leverage automated digital HR tools to streamline people processes, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 9-10 years of work experience, including hands-on experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-moving/high growth brand and business.
  • Educational Background: BS/MS degree in a related field from a reputable university.
  • Skill Set: Analytical thinking ability, strong planning and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and great interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence employees at all levels and drive strategic change.
  • Culture Fit: Strong understanding of our company culture and values, with the ability to embody and promote them throughout the organization.
