We are seeking a results-driven digital marketing expert to scale our Meta ad campaigns and generate consistent sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing Meta ad campaigns focused on conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience running successful Meta ads for e-commerce brands, a solid understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, and performance optimization, and experience with Meta Ads Manager and Shopify analytics.

You will work independently and deliver measurable results, collaborating with our design team or using your own creatives to build high-performing ad visuals. You will also use Shopify and Meta Pixel data for retargeting and lookalike audiences, and provide weekly performance reports with key insights and actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns focused on conversions and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better reach, click-through rate (CTR), and purchases.
  • Collaborate with our design team (or use your own creatives) to build high-performing ad visuals.
  • Use Shopify and Meta Pixel data for retargeting and lookalike audiences.
  • Provide weekly performance reports with key insights and actionable strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running successful Meta ads for e-commerce brands.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Shopify analytics.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with health, fitness, or supplement brands is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of TikTok ads or Google Ads (a bonus, not mandatory).
