We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee the on-site installation process of our products. This role is critical in ensuring that all installations meet design specifications, company standards, and client expectations.

Job Description:
  • Pre-delivery site inspections to ensure readiness for installation.
  • Delivered goods verification against order specifications and packing lists, reporting any discrepancies or shortages promptly.
  • Installation work supervision in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Contractor bills and site expenses validation to ensure cost control.
  • Final inspections to guarantee that all fittings and installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Client feedback collection to confirm satisfaction.
  • Completed installations comparison with design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence.
  • On-site labor and contractor teams leadership and management for optimal productivity.
  • Installation issues resolution in collaboration with contractors.
  • On-site measurements matching with drawings and discrepancies documentation using a standard checklist.
  • Point marking and elevation layouts application correctly.
  • Item shortages notification to the Site Manager and complaint raising within 24 hours.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

At least 3+ years of experience in site supervision and installation management.

Strong understanding of interior fit-outs and modular furniture installations.

Proficiency in using measurement tools and basic site documentation.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
