Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the on-site installation process of our products. This role is crucial in ensuring installations align with design specifications, meet company standards, and satisfy client expectations. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with contractors, warehouse teams, and the site in-charge to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct pre-delivery site inspections to ensure readiness for installation.
  2. Verify delivered goods against order specifications and packing lists; report discrepancies or shortages promptly.
  3. Supervise installation work according to company standards and guidelines.
  4. Validate contractor bills and site expenses to control costs.
  5. Perform final inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  6. Coordinate and obtain the final finishing report from the client to confirm satisfaction.
  7. Compare completed installations with design drawings for accuracy and adherence.
  8. Manage and lead on-site labor and contractor teams for productivity.
  9. Address installation issues or modifications collaboratively with contractors.
  10. Match on-site measurements with drawings; document discrepancies using a checklist.
  11. Perform point marking and apply elevation layouts and drawings.
  12. Report item shortages to the Site Manager and raise complaints within 24 hours.
  13. Maintain effective communication with Sales, Warehouse, and SCM departments to ensure material readiness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or DAE in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of site supervision and installation experience.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-outs/modular furniture installations.
  • Proficient in measurement tools and site documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
