About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying opportunities and challenges within the market.
  • Sales Team Management: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and pitches that showcase our products and services, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to strengthen the sales team, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Location: Karachi
