Operations Leadership

We seek a visionary leader to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. This individual should have extensive experience in manufacturing and a proven track record of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the supply chain function, encompassing planning, procurement (local and international), production coordination, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives that align with organizational objectives, enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure timely availability of resources and delivery of finished goods.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality, timely procurement of materials while optimizing sourcing costs.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy through effective systems and audits to minimize losses and ensure traceability.
  • Optimize logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and improved customer service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import/export, safety, and documentation in all supply chain activities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to foster ownership, accountability, and high performance across all areas.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, inventory, and logistics reporting.
  • Present timely operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including international trade.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
