Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, increases revenue, and builds brand awareness.
  • Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on driving signups, reducing churn, and increasing MRR growth.
Growth Hacking & Experimentation
  • Implement data-driven growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Test, measure, and iterate on various marketing tactics and campaigns to optimize results.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content, growth, and performance marketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or tech).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, paid media, automation, and A/B testing tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze, iterate, and optimize based on real metrics.

  • Have experience growing MRR rapidly in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Are passionate about social media, creator economy, and digital marketing trends.
  • Lovely experimentation and growth hacking – test, measure, and iterate relentlessly.
