Head Of Digital Marketing

The role requires a leader to manage the Digital Marketing team and deliver cutting-edge digital campaigns and thought leadership to clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction of the Agency's Digital Marketing team, including appraisals, training, and team resourcing.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, media owners, and networks within the digital landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Nurture strong relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and service level agreements.
  • Oversee the seamless operation of Digital Marketing processes, both internally and externally, ensuring continuous improvement and updates when necessary.
  • Secure competitive media rates and negotiate supplier contracts to maximize value for the Agency.
  • Foster integration between Digital Marketing and other Agency departments, maintaining campaign innovation and volume while expanding into new areas.
  • Drive departmental profitability and long-term business planning to achieve financial targets.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and build confidence in Digital Marketing across the Agency and with clients.
  • Cultivate senior-level client relationships and develop strategies for assigned accounts, working closely with Account teams.
  • Collaborate with the client team to define scope and approach for major digital projects, serving as a digital strategist for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a thought leader, aligning digital marketing strategy with clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Lead high-level discussions on the role of digital within the total marketing ecosystem.
  • Support clients in defining their digital vision and provide methodological support to creative teams.
  • Play an active role in new client acquisition and contribute to new business presentations.
