Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and architecture standards.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and scalability of our ServiceNow applications. You will leverage your technical expertise to mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional value through tailored ServiceNow applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and Design: Develop and implement the integrity of the ServiceNow application.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure solutions are engineered in accordance with TSS architecture standards.
  • Lead Requirements Workshops: Deliver requirements, scoping, and design workshops to ensure requirements are well-documented.
  • Technical Mentoring: Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
  • Leverage ServiceNow: Identify and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
  • Deliver Configuration Services: Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services; serve in a delivery assurance capacity for all project deliverables.
  • Presentation and Communication: Develop and present business case materials for senior stakeholders; create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Proof of Concept Engagements: Scope and deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
  • Customize the ServiceNow Platform: Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
