Role Overview: The ideal candidate for this IT role will design, implement, and maintain robust ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and architecture standards. This position requires technical expertise, mentoring skills, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive innovation, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional value.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the software development industry. The successful candidate will have experience with ServiceNow application architecture, implementation, and maintenance. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills to develop and present business case materials for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. ServiceNow Solution Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow application to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and scalability.
  2. Solution Engineering: Ensure solutions are engineered in accordance with industry best practices and technical standards.
  3. Requirements Gathering: Lead and deliver requirements, scoping, and design workshops to ensure requirements are well-documented and meet stakeholder needs.
  4. Technical Mentoring: Provide expert-level support and technical guidance to the implementation team.
  5. Opportunity Identification: Identify and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform for innovation and growth.
  6. Delivery Assurance: Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services; serve in a delivery assurance capacity for all project deliverables.
  7. Business Case Development: Develop and present business case materials for senior stakeholders; create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
  8. Proof of Concept/Value: Scope and deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects to demonstrate value and ROI.
  9. Platform Customization: Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and optimize user experience.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  11. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
