Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our industrial relations functions and specialists in Pakistan.

This is an exciting onsite position with a rotation schedule, requiring extensive experience in the mining industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of industrial relations functions and specialists.
  2. Prioritize tasks for industrial relations specialists to ensure timely completion and align work activities with supervisors/managers.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of industrial relations processes.
  4. Direct industrial relations specialists to collect information as required.
  5. Act as a team leader/manager or participate in specific industrial relations projects.
  6. Analyze intricate problems and provide independent recommendations for resolutions.
  7. Oversee personnel management and foster a productive environment for employee growth and professional advancement.
  8. Utilize internal and external resources to enforce policies uniformly across all business units, functions, and locations.
  9. Analyze situations, identify issues, and suggest/appropriate courses of action.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field of study and ten years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with management, colleagues, customers, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Necessary technical knowledge to complete the job.
  • Capacity to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Precision and punctuality in work style.
