We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships within our UI/UX Design Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the expansion of our UI/UX design services portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the UI/UX design services portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored UI/UX design solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of our UI/UX design services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the UI/UX design team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met, facilitating seamless project execution.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-1.5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software or design industry, with a focus on UI/UX services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, processes, and the value they bring to businesses.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

This is a full-time onsite role, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the position.
