Social Media Marketing Role

At Graphic Junction, we are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to lead our social media efforts. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing organic and paid social media strategies across multiple clients.

We offer remote work arrangements, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the country.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize social media platforms, execute ad campaigns across all channels, and build and manage online communities.
  • Develop, edit, schedule, publish, and share high-quality content on various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase reach, engagement, followers, and drive business objectives such as leads and sales.
  • Familiarity with graphic editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) or mobile apps is required for editing visual content.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant social metrics, provide insights, and report on campaign effectiveness across social platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with social media best practices and maintain the quality of content.
  • Conduct regular competitor research to stay ahead of the competition and align client social media strategies with industry best practices and the latest trends.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing organic and paid social media campaigns, either in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns through paid social advertising.
  • Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes within the social media landscape.
  • Experience using social media management/scheduling and reporting tools such as AgoraPulse, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and more.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong client management skills to manage client expectations.
