Roles Available on Contract BasisWe are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Chief Security OfficerNo of Position: 1
Pay Negotiable: Commensurate with Qualifications and Relevant Experience
Eligibility Criteria: Retired Armed Forces Officers not below the rank of Major or equivalent with 20 years spotless service and medical category A.
Age Limit: Minimum 45 years
2. Consultant Estate ManagementNo of Position: 1
Pay Negotiable: Commensurate with Qualifications and Relevant Experience
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must oversee and manage estate offices, possessing expertise to utilize resources efficiently and economically.
- Master degree in Public Administration (preferable)
- 10 years experience as an Estate Officer or Resident Officer in Higher Education Institutions
Age Limit: Minimum 55 years
3. Motor Transport OfficerNo of Position: 1
Pay Negotiable: Commensurate with Qualification and Relevant Experience
Eligibility Criteria: Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and efficient utilization of vehicle fleet, fuel supply, and documentation.
- Major (Retired) with minimum 7 years transport management experience in Armed Forces
- OR Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO Retired) not below Subedar Major with at least 15 years transport management experience in Armed Forces
- OR Master Degree or equivalent with 10 years transport management experience in reputable organizations
Age Limit: Minimum 45 years
Requirements and Instructions- The latest prescribed application form can be downloaded from the institution's website and submitted with a demand draft
- Candidates from abroad may submit applications accompanied by a bank draft and necessary testimonials
- Incomplete applications received after the due date will not be entertained
- Three sets of duly filled-in application forms must be submitted with attested copies of degrees, result cards, ID card, recent photographs, updated C.V, transcripts, certificates
- Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate job application forms with necessary documents
- The institution reserves the right not to consider any application or not to fill any post without assigning a reason
- Candidates already in service must apply through proper channel by the due date
- Candidates up to 62 years of age can apply for positions
- The evaluation of the scrutiny committee shall be final, and only merit-based candidates will be called for interview/informed
- Initially, the contract would be for one year, which can be extended yearly based on good performance for a maximum period of three years
- Recommended candidates will have no right to claim conversion of contractual service into regular/permanent one
- Applications must reach the recruitment cell during office hours until the specified date
