Territory Business Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring they meet their targets while fostering growth within the organization. Key responsibilities include guiding team members in identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and addressing client concerns. A strong understanding of the assigned territory is crucial for success. Prior experience in corporate sales, particularly in the IT/electronics sector, is highly desirable. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persistent personality, and the ability to navigate complex client relationships. Additionally, personal transportation is a must-have for frequent travel within the territory.

Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Guide and direct team members to achieve set targets and goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate deals.
  • Client Management: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Knowledge of Territory: Possess in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory, including key stakeholders, market trends, and competitors.
