Job Description:
As a Sales Professional - Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads to effectively present products and services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and addressing their concerns and objections professionally.
- Provide accurate product information and pricing details, process orders, and ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Administrative Tasks:
- Update customer database with accurate contact information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Call center experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
- Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
