Responsibilities- Exploring and developing new business opportunities in overseas markets.
- Research and explore potential global markets for Textile Products and prepare timely reports on a geographical location basis.
- Study and monitor the current global market for Home Textile Products, prepare reports on product and region basis, and identify untapped potential markets.
- Analyze global market trends for Textile Products and take necessary strategic decisions to cope with these trends.
- Generate leads and export sales.
- Identify, communicate, and coordinate with overseas buyers, building business relationships with them.
- Provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to management.
- Prepare quotations and pricing for overseas buyers.
- Negotiate with international buyers, convincing and persuading them to execute sales.
- Evaluate and select freight forwarders.
- Manage export documentation and liaise with various government and non-government departments like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping companies, etc.
- Arrange shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, and routing of products.
- Expedite export arrangements and maintain current information on export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
- Generate all required export documentation, including airway bills, bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit when needed.
- Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination.
- Execute the complete export cycle.
Must Have:
- Ability to open markets for export.
- Strong freight forwarding experience.
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of export processes.
