The Senior Commercial Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for maintaining and enhancing commercial engagement with clients. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and market analysis expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, collecting key operational data and assessing performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
- Develop and manage the customer contact database, utilizing tools such as Salesforce to optimize interactions.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with airlines, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, correspondence, and agreements.
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution, or equivalent experience.
- No less than 2 years of experience in commercial or sales roles, preferably within the Aviation or Aerospace industries.
- Proven understanding of drafting commercial contracts and effective negotiation techniques.
- Prior experience in key account management and events management is highly desirable.
