Architect Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our talented team in overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing a team of architects and designers.
  • Overseeing all phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation.
  • Developing and presenting design proposals to clients, incorporating their requirements and feedback.
  • Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
  • Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the architectural field, with proven experience in a team lead role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
