About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Implementation Delivery Manager to join our team at algomus. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, and aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Execution: Oversee the successful execution of implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and aligning with business goals.
  2. Resource Management: Effectively manage personnel, budgets, and technology assets to optimize resource utilization and prevent conflicts.
  3. Capacity Planning: Monitor and adjust resource capacity to meet project demands, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  4. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks related to resources and capacity, developing strategies to mitigate issues and maintain project momentum.
  5. Team Leadership: Foster a positive team environment by facilitating daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives for cross-functional teams.
  6. Progress Tracking: Collaborate with teams to create achievable goals and track progress against objectives, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  7. Impediment Removal: Work closely with internal stakeholders to remove obstacles hindering team progress.
  8. Performance Metrics: Track team performance using metrics like velocity, progress charts, and work completed to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
  10. Team Development: Lead efforts in recruiting new team members, ensuring the right mix of skills and cultural fit. Develop the team by identifying training needs and opportunities for career growth and fostering an environment that encourages learning and innovation.
  11. Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and helping team members stay aligned with project goals and company culture.
  12. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment on resourcing, project updates, and any necessary adjustments to plans or timelines.
