Business Development Specialist Role
Salary:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales strategies.
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced professional to identify and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, and other outbound tools.
- The ideal candidate will craft and execute email marketing campaigns with high personalization and strong CTAs.
- This role requires building prospect lists using advanced filtering and segmentation techniques.
- The Business Development Specialist will collaborate with marketing to align outbound efforts with content and brand strategy.
- Nurturing prospects through a structured CRM pipeline (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is also a key responsibility.
- The successful candidate will monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rates, CTRs, replies, conversions), and optimize accordingly.
- They will also keep up with B2B outreach trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions to refine their approach.
- This role involves setting up intro calls and demos for the founders.
- The Business Development Specialist will represent the organization professionally in all communications, tailoring messages to C-levels, founders, and decision-makers.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales, ideally in a software agency or tech environment.
- A solid understanding of LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and lead nurturing funnels.
- Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Salesloft, Lusha, or similar.
- Strong written communication skills with a knack for writing persuasive, personalized messages.
- The ability to manage and optimize campaigns using data and KPIs.
- A self-starter mindset with a hustle attitude and results-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, MENA).
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Experience using AI-based tools for email or content personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Lavender, Instantly.ai).
- The ability to build or manage sales sequences with A/B testing and automated follow-ups.
- Must have experience in sales funnel management.
