As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Familiarizing yourself with our company's vision, mission, and goals.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Managing client information in our CRM database and collaborating with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Developing sales forecasts, analyzing sales data, and informing marketing strategies.
- Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
