Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Familiarizing yourself with our company's vision, mission, and goals.
  2. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  4. Managing client information in our CRM database and collaborating with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  5. Developing sales forecasts, analyzing sales data, and informing marketing strategies.
  6. Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  7. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
