Remote Customer Service Representative

The Role
- Handling customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborating with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and market research.
- Generating new business by meeting clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
You Must Have:
- A minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Your own computer, Microsoft office suite, telephone and reliable internet service.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
