Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing high-value B2B software deals, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with qualified leads and conduct sales meetings to present Backendz Software's solutions.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to tailor software solutions that match business objectives.
  • Handle the complete sales closing process – from proposal development to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure feasibility and value alignment.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales closing experience, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of software products, SaaS models, and the technology landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections, build trust, and close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
