Phone-Based Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Phone-Based Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the USA through cold calls, warm leads, and follow-ups.
Your primary goal will be to pitch our services, including website development, custom software, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, and more. You will need to understand client needs and turn conversations into successful partnerships. Your ability to manage leads, work closely with the sales team, and deliver excellent customer service will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls, warm leads, and follow-ups to connect with potential clients in the USA.
- Pitching Services: Offer tailored solutions to meet client needs and close deals.
- Lead Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hit and exceed targets.
- Customer Service: Provide great customer service to nurture lasting relationships.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of USA calling experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Language: Fluent English with a neutral or American accent.
- Proven Closer: Track record of closing deals over the phone.
- Digital Expertise: Knowledge of website and software services is a bonus.
- Availability: Ready to work in USA time zones.
