Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our dispatch team at Move IT Logistics LLC. This is a night shift role, requiring the ideal candidate to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow revenue and expand our customer base.
  2. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective account management and sales strategies.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and support each other in achieving team goals.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions, providing valuable insights for business growth and development.
Requirements
  1. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply.
  2. A proven track record in sales is advantageous, but not necessary. Candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills will be considered.
  3. Adaptability: Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) and adapt to changing circumstances.
  4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software and sales tools is essential.
