About the Role

As a member of our Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team, you will be responsible for providing support to clients using Temenos products. This includes handling client incidents to satisfactory resolution, facilitating solutions to tickets logged, and updating clients and stakeholders throughout the resolution process.

You will work closely with clients, acting as a technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades, and contribute to our knowledge base by creating FAQs and How To's.

You will also be responsible for developing/enhancing tools that reduce analysis time and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will understand the working of specific Temenos products through training programs, including on-the-job training, classroom training, and online resources.
  • You will analyze tickets logged, identifying root causes and proposing resolutions.
  • You will act as a technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades, providing guidance and support to client IT teams.
  • You will contribute to our knowledge base by creating FAQs and How To's.
  • You will develop/enhance tools that reduce analysis time and enhance customer experience.
  • You will be available to perform onsite analysis of tickets at client locations, typically required during milestone periods such as Go Live or upgrades.
Requirements
  • A computer science-related degree is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of product support experience with coding skills (Java, C++, SQL/Oracle).
  • Experience in client-facing roles and acting as a technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades.
  • Experience working in 24/7 support teams.
  • Temenos/T24 core banking product experience.
  • Knowledge of T24 Release Management, Patch Deployment, and configuration changes.
  • A strong understanding of banking processes and financial services, including local regulations and compliance.
  • A certification in Temenos T24 or related technologies is advantageous.
